1.水滚川烫牛肋条去血水

7.放入米酒、冰糖、牛肉块加水至盖过所有食材,大火烧滚改小火炖40分钟

8.加盐调味,西洋芹叶片切碎碎,装盘后洒上。★ 碎芹叶气味类似洋香叶Parsley,切越细越好(芹菜叶纤维极粗) 。

9.★ 不喜欢芹菜味,可以白萝卜取代,依然是西洋风味。
